Welcome to the LEA COO & Firm Operations collaboration group!
This is a closed group aimed at Chief Operations Officers and other firm leaders with a similar set of responsibilities with respect to leading the internal operations of a member firm. Although not a requirement, typically these individuals will have functions reporting to them such as Human Resources, Internal Technology, Marketing, and sometimes service lines.
The purpose of the group is to create a community of individuals who support one another in a variety of ways. The activities may include:
- Discussing firm strategy and its execution
- Collaborating with Managing Partners
- Sharing of best operating practices and protocols without hesitation and in a transparent way
- Identifying opportunities to work together on client opportunities
- Building a referenceable knowledge base
- Supporting and advising fellow participants
- Creating a collegial atmosphere that leads to increase opportunities to pursue work together
The group seeks people who are willing to learn and teach by sharing perspectives, insights, and ideas from the experiences previously gained as well as those from their current role. Together, the group commits to help create value for each other, our firms, and the LEA community.
