He is responsible for managing all daily business operations in addition to devising and defining new business development objectives & strategies that achieve operational efficiency, economy of operation & enhanced shareholder value.
Mr. Jleilaty oversees all departments, teams & business strategy and furnishes the vision & motivation behind the success of the Firm’s activities.
Capitalizing upon more than 35 years of extensive practical experience & qualifications in all phases of operation, he monitors the productivity of the staff, formulating an effective, productive management style with an above average aptitude for problem solving. Dynamic and a forward thinker.
Mr. Jleilaty focuses attention on developing new policies and procedural protocols and presides over the completion of administrative tasks.
