Get to know the Emerging Leaders program!
As we approach the fourth cohort of Emerging Leaders, we wanted to give you a chance to meet a coach from the Center for Character-Based Leadership and learn about the program. During this event, we'll cover:
- Core tenets of the program, coaching philosophies, and intended outcomes
- The program's timeline, structure, and session agendas
- The importance of mentorship and peer support
- Why you should encourage participation at your firms
- Registration details and cost per attendee
