Programs & Trainings To Develop your Team

Working with Friends

Working With Friends is a multi-cultural, enriching development program for young professionals across LEA Global. It is designed to create a LEA community for young professionals early in their careers, enabling them to share best practices and unique experiences while they form long-lasting relationships.

The highlight of Working With Friends is the in-person experience. Program participants travel to a host firm in their region, work alongside each other for one to two weeks, and grow as professionals and individuals.

Our experience on the programme not only contributed to our professional development but also enabled us to foster stronger personal connections. Through meals out, exploring London and sharing office space, we established friendships and expanded on our networks, setting the stage for future collaborations. We feel that this has been a huge benefit for us and our careers, but also for our firms.

The Membership Application Process

Step One: Meet with LEA Global

Complete the Membership Inquiry Form to get started. You'll meet with a member of the team to learn how LEA Global can help your firm grow through trusted relationships, knowledge sharing, and global collaboration. Along the way, we'll get to know your firm, your goals, and what you're looking for in a strategic alliance.

Step Two: Connect with Members

If LEA feels like it will meet your strategic needs, the next step it to meet current member firms and hear firsthand how they leverage the association. This is your opportunity to ask questions, build connections, and explore what membership looks like in practice.

Step Three: Move Forward Together

If there's a strong mutual fit, you'll complete the application and we'll present your firm to the Board for final approval.
