We are excited to announce the next virtual meeting of the LEA Global CAS Collaboration Group will take place on Tuesday, 17th September 2024.
The general discussion theme will be “Transitioning from Transactional Accountants to Advisors”.
- What are the characteristics of an advisor?
- How should we identify / hire advisors internally?
- How should we continue to train and upskill people in advisory roles?
- How should we identify / hire advisors externally?
The agenda for the call is as follows:
- Welcome – Adam (5 minutes)
- Discussion – Transitioning from Transactional Accountants to Advisors (40 minutes); small break out groups to be considered with the Steering Committee facilitating should there be more than 12-15 people
- Discussion – establishing a training program (review, get broad feedback, obtain commitment to expand participation beyond the Steering Committee)
