Program Description

This HR Leaders Fly-In is designed to provide senior-level HR professionals with critical insights and actionable strategies to navigate emerging challenges and opportunities in human resources. We will cover key topics such as compensation strategy, pay transparency, staff retention, process improvement, cybersecurity in HR, automation, HR platforms, and recruiting with a focus on compliance with employment law. Through expert-led discussions and collaboration, participants will gain the knowledge to enhance organizational HR practices while maintaining compliance and advancing employee engagement and retention.
