Fees & Accomodations

The Tax Levels Training program will be hosted at The Q Center in St. Charles, IL. The fee to attend is $1500 per delegate and includes meals, training materials, and hosted socials. Hotel accomodations can be booked directly with the Q Center using this link

  • Program Fee: $1500 per delegate. Includes meals, training materials, and hosted socials.
  • Hotel accommodation: Standard room $140 per night, payable directly to the Q Center. 
  • Airport Shuttle: Ground transportation to and from O'Hare International Airport or Midway International Airport is available via A-1 Transportation
  • Program Capacity and Waitlist: Each level has a maximum capacity of 60 delegates. If we exceed 60 delegates in a level, we will maintain a waitlist and accommodate openings on a first come, first served basis.
  • Cancellation Policy: The program fee is fully refundable if cancelled on or before Friday, October 6, 2023. Non-refundable after October 6, 2023 unless the spot is filled by another delegate.
