We are excited to have the opportunity of having Paul J. Zdunek of MillerKaplan join us. Paul will be facilitating a discussion about transitioning relationships from peer to superior and the challenges that this brings, how to manage etc. without losing who you fundamentally are as a person. This is no different than in a corporate world where a Manager becomes the boss and now has previous peers reporting to him/her.

This New Partner Discussion Group is formed to create a community for new partners through 5 years. This group is intended for new partners, NOT Managing Partners. Through this community, New Partners will be able to share best practices, learn from peers, and gain insights to help them make the most of their formative years as a partner. The group does not have a technical orientation, rather will be on more practical opportunities, issues, and challenges that New Partners do and will face.
For now, the Portal Group is open to anyone around the LEA Global community; however, the events are oriented towards the North America and Europe time zones. However, any new partner can attend the event or listen to the recordings. Once the initial effort has been completed, other regional efforts will be advanced.
