We are currently seeking participants for our upcoming Working Groups!
Working Groups are a subset of our Young Professionals Collaboration Groups. They give young professionals the ability to develop relationships while addressing real-world challenges facing our members. Working Groups are focused on:
- Identifying a challenge that LEA Global member firms face today
- Researching the relevant issues
- Developing solutions for the challenge
- Outlining a potential plan to implement a solution
During the kick-off call, we will divide members into groups and assign each group a challenge. Groups will have six weeks to meet virtually (about 3-4 times) and work on their challenge before virtually presenting their results/solutions at the Managing Partners' Conference in January 2025.
