The Tax Practice Fly-In will be held in conjunction with the Tax Levels Training program being hosted at The Q Center in St. Charles, IL (30 minutes south of Chicago O’Hare airport).

Fees & Accommodations
  • Program Fee: $800.00 per delegate. This fee includes meals, socials, AV and meeting room set-up. It does not include airfare or transportation from/to the airport.
  • Sleeping Room Accommodations 
    Sleeping room accommodations can be booked directly with the Q Center using this link and a credit card at the cost of $140.00 per night including tax. 

  • Airport Shuttle: Ground transportation to and from O'Hare International Airport or Midway International Airport is available via A-1 Transportation. Uber or taxi is also an option.
