About Working With Friends

Working With Friends is a multi-cultural, enriching development program for young professionals across LEA Global.

Through this program, participants create an LEA community early in their careers, enabling them to share best practices and unique experiences while they form long-lasting relationships. Up to 10 program participants will travel to a host firm for one week, working together, and engaging in professional and personal developmental activities.

 

Our 2024 program will take place in Sydney, Australia - the home of Prosperity Advisers Group!

In-person program: 26 August - 30 August 2024

Target Audience

This program welcomes senior, supervisor, and manager-level employees in the business advisory or corporate assurance divisions. Other candidates will be considered with the endorsement of their Director or Partner.

What To Expect

During your week at Prosperity, you can expect:

  • Meetings with Prosperity's CEO and Directors
  • Practice sharing and firm presentations from each participant
  • Topical presentations on current issues
  • Social activities

We will post the program's agenda once it's finalized. 

Program Costs & Hotel Information

Firms are asked to cover their delegate's airfare, accommodation, and associated program costs. We estimate flights will cost $400 - $1,300 and the hotel will cost around $1,900.
