You're invited to join the North American Young Professionals Collaboration Group and participate in its 2026 Working Group project!
Working Groups solve problems. Young Professionals gather together to tackle a current, real-world challenge affecting our industry and firms. During this kick-off call, the Young Professionals Steering Committee will lay the groundwork - outlining the scope of this project, setting expectations, and organizing participants into smaller working groups.
The Steering Committee will assign your group a problem. You will be expected to:
- Research the relevant issues of that challenge
- Develop solutions
- Outline a plan to implement those solutions
- Present all of this at the 2026 North American Regional Conference
How? Groups will have time to meet virtually and work on their challenge before presenting at the 2026 North American Regional Conference in June. You will also have dedicated time to meet with your group while at the conference.
Why participate? The Working Group project offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with your LEA Global colleagues while making a meaningful impact. You'll have the chance to expand your professional network within LEA, grow professionally, and showcase your leadership skills.
