• HW Fisher (UK), part of the Sumer Group, announced its acquisition of Media Marketing Compliance (MMC). The acquisition strengthens HW Fisher’s forensic and audit capabilities by integrating its established expertise in licensing and investigations with MMC’s specialist knowledge in auditing media and marketing agencies across the globe. Together, this creates a comprehensive service offering to help clients audit and protect significant marketing and advertising spend.
• Nordgain (Lithuania) was acquired by TMF Group, a leading provider of global administrative and compliance services. Agnė Jasinskaitė, Nordgain’s Founder and CEO, said, "Joining TMF Group is an exciting milestone for us. •  Anders (USA) has expanded its growing suite of offerings with the launch of a new Business Transformation service line designed to help mid-tier businesses adapt, grow, and compete in a rapidly changing marketplace. Mike Fuller has joined Anders as Business Transformation Principal to lead the new service. 

• Effective January 1, 2026, Ross Buehler Falk & Company, LLP (RBF) will be joining Brown Plus (USA), adding 24 team members to the Firm.

• Keiter (USA) promoted Courtney Corallo to partner. She plays a key role on Keiter’s Financial Services and Not-for-Profit niche teams and leads the firm’s Surprise Custody Exam practice.
• Brown Plus (USA) welcomed Victoria Perez as an Audit Senior Manager. Victoria specializes in accounting and audits of property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies and brings over nine years of experience to the Firm, including seven years dedicated to the insurance industry across life, health, annuity and reinsurance sectors. 

• Anders (USA), announced the firm’s newest partners, effective January 1, 2026.
