Lori holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University and has a diverse HR background that includes recruiting, employee relations, employment law, training, employee wellness, and more. As the firm’s Director of People Operations, her primary role will be focused on the overall employee experience, ensuring that KB remains an exceptional employer that attracts and retains talented staff while supporting and encouraging them to achieve their personal and professional goals.
