Successful Collaboration & Learning at the 2025 Latin American Regional Conference
August 7 – 9, 2025 | LEA Global held its 2025 Latin American (LATAM) Regional Conference in Santiago, Chile where we continued expanding on our global theme - “Collaborate to Create: The Power of Strategic Alliances."
The conference enabled professional unification, the exchange of knowledge among member firms within and outside the region, an emphasis on the future of the accounting profession in the region, and heightened awareness of new technological trends. This conference sought, among other things, to strengthen the accounting profession in the region, promote skills development, and enable companies to make more accurate and strategic financial decisions in an increasingly competitive global environment.
Likewise, the conference provided the ideal venue for accounting professionals from over 15 LEA Global firms across the LATAM region, as well as from firms in Spain and the U.S., to build relationships and pursue common goals.
We are grateful to our member host firms – Audit Global Auditores Consultores and Gestax Auditores Consultores LTD – for welcoming our conference attendees to Chile. They co-hosted our welcome dinner at the Santa Rita Vineyard, offering our attendees an inviting, natural place to bond while experiencing the beautiful foothills of Alto Jahuel, Buin. Notable Sessions
Enzo Godoy kicked off the conference with his session, Chile Unveiled: A Gateway to Adventure and Culture, outlining the many majesties the country has to offer. Andreina Díaz (CBIZ) presented the topic - Building Regional Power: Collaboration Strategies for Latin American Firms - which provided fundamental information for Latin firms to strengthen their partnership strategies and work together to achieve effective results.
Juan Delgado (Achurra, Navarro y Asociados - Panama) hosted a session on cybersecurity which was of great interest to attendees. He discussed the practice of protecting systems, programs, and networks from digital attacks to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing confidential information.
