Welcome to the LEA Young Professionals collaboration group!
We aim to offer our young professionals (YP's) an opportunity to network, collaborate and discuss topics and resources relevant to their career paths. The target audience for the YP group is Sr. Associates and Managers. From quarterly calls to meetings at the majority of LEA conferences, there are ample opportunities to get involved and learn from other YP's.
In addition, Working Group sessions will be held. During these sessions, YP's are grouped together to discuss challenges that firms face and then present solutions virtually or during LEA conferences.
